A warm Filo Pastry case filled with Mediterranean Vegetables roasted in a Garlic and Rosemary Olive oil, mixed with a Three Cornered Leek and Almond Pesto, Roasted Cannelini Beans, Grilled Haloumi Pieces, Fresh Basil leaf, served with a Microgreens salad and a Sundried Tomato Vinigarette.

Main
Free Range Chicken Breast, Pork Tenderloin Medallions or 28 day Mature Sirloin Steak, pan roasted, served with Kohlrabi puree, topped carrot, roasted Artichokes, Romanesque Cauliflower, Wild Mushrooms pan fried in Smoked garlic butter, accompanied by a Wild Mushroom and Champagne Sauce.

Dessert
Served in a Martini Glass, A Rich,refreshing and zingy Lemon Posset, on a Gingerbread and Crystalized ginger base, served with a Raspberry and Frambois Coulis and a Pistaccio and Cardamom Glass.
