Garlic and thyme Roasted artichoke, pear slices pan roasted in butter on a bed of lambs lettuce and pea shoots, pickled kohlrabi, Perl Las or / feta Cheese, with a dijon, white wine vinegar, parsley and extra virgin olive oil vinaigrette.

Main
Pan roasted Pork Tenderloin or Free Range Organic Chicken breast on a bed of roasted creamed butternut squash with sage, butter glazed rainbow carrots, Kale crisps and a wild Mushroom Bon Bon, perfectly accompanied with a smoked garlic, smoked paprika, white wine and cream sauce.

Dessert
Apple slices pan fried in butter, welsh cider and apple butter, then coated in a salted caramel, baked in a filo pastry parcel, served with toasted Hazlenuts dusted with sumac, freeze dried raspberries crumb and a freeze dried raspberry marscapone cream.
