Soul Sauce have created a three course dining experience delivered straight to your front door.*

Starters
A Sweet red pepper and Tomato soup, slowly roasted in thyme, smoked garlic and olive oil, accompanied with creamy mascarpone, crispy chorizo and homemade chilli oil, served with a freshly baked sun dried tomato and rosemary focaccia slice.

Main
A succulent Pan roasted lamb steak, served with a turnip and daikon dauphinoise, buttered topped carrot, purple potatoes roasted with lemon and thyme, purple sprouting broccoli, accompanied by a refreshing mint and pistachio pesto.

Dessert
Rhubarb, ginger and white chocolate cheesecake. A lightly spiced ginger crumb base and a Creamy Crystallised Ginger Cheesecake, topped with a layer of Seasonal Rhubarb compote and Rhubarb Ribbon Candy.
