Soul Sauce have created a three course dining experience delivered straight to your front door.*

Scrumptious slow roasted, tender, sticky Belly Pork bites bathed for 24 hours in an aromatic marinade of herbs, spices, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and smoked garlic, served with a Pork Crackling crum and Seasonal salad of Celeriac, Butternut Squash, Sweet Pepper, Spring Onion and Chard, dressed in a Zesty Vinigarette.

A Pan Roasted Free Range, Organic Breast of chicken, served on a bed of Sautèed Purple Kale and Cavolo Nero in a garlic lemon butter, honey roasted carrots, a medley of Mushrooms in an Apple brandy glaze, charred Romanesque Cauliflower and deep fried battered Leek rings, accompanied by Rich cream, White wine and Tarragon sauce.

Tart Bourdaloue – A buttery Shortcrust pastry, with a layer of Salted Caramel, topped with Frangipane, Cinnamon and ginger poached pear, served with a Mascarpone cream with Crystallized ginger, toasted Almond flakes and a candied Pear peel straw.
