Grilled New Season Asparagus with Mozzarella wrapped in Prosciutto on a bed of Rocket, drizzled with a Pesto Vinaigrette made from locally picked Three Cornered leek, with Parmagio Reggiano shavings.

Main
Pan Fried Salmon
A pan fried fillet of Salmon on a bed of Samphire, accompanied by a Picatta Sauce made with lemon, butter, garlic and capers, served with Seasonal Roasted Honey glazed Chantenay Carrots and Purple Sprouting Broccoli.

Dessert
Rhubarb, Ginger and White Chocolate Cheesecake
A lightly spiced ginger crumb base and a Creamy Crystallised Ginger Cheesecake, topped with a layer of Seasonal Rhubarb compote and Rhubarb Ribbon Candy.
